It's that time of year again, fall is in the air and we find ourselves having to get up a little, well, a lot earlier to get the kids to the bus.  We all want to be vigilant, as parents and motorists, of our surroundings especially when it involves watching out for schools buses and the precious cargo they carry, our children.
