Steven has been the owner and president of Georgetown Insurance Agency since 1988.

Steven started his career in the insurance industry as a commercial insurance underwriter in 1977 after graduating with honors from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is a licensed property/ casualty adviser in Massachusetts and a licensed property/ casualty producer in MA, NH and RI.

Steven believes that continuing education in the industry is vital and he has been an Associate Underwriter (AU) since 1980 and a Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC) since 1983. His expertise is in insuring small to medium sized businesses with a specialty in providing comprehensive coverage for automobile garages, contractors, and restaurants. Steven specifically understands the unique coverage needs of contractors and has earned the Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation.

Steven lives in Derry, NH with his wife Susan. They enjoy visiting family and friends, travel, skiing, cycling, yoga, hiking, dancing, singing and gardening.
